They serve all day breakfast and they also offer daily specials for brunch and dinner; however, these specials vary between their different branches. They have two other stores in Philadelphia, one in Christian Street and the other in 34th and Powelton. The all-day breakfast menu is composed of Two Eggs Any Style, Tofu Scramble, Egg Sandwich of the Day, Bleu Cheese and Bacon, Egg White Primavera, and Egg White Turkey Bacon. Choices of Omelettes include Apple and Wisconsin Cheddar, Lox and Onion Omelette and Belle Vista Omelette which is a create-your-own omelette. They also have French Toasts, Buttermilk or Whole Wheat Pancakes, Bagel with Lox Platter and Housemade Granola and Bagels. Sabrina’s Signature Breakfast Items are also something you should try. They are the Barking Chihuahua which is made of flour tortilla with scrambled eggs, black beans, red peppers, pepper jack cheese topped with sour cream and marinara; the Stuffed Challah French Toast made of farmer’s cream cheese topped with bananas and vanilla bean syrup; and the Huevos Rancheros made of two blue corn tortillas topped with their own smoky chorizo, sausage sauce finished with lime sour cream and spicy red pepper guacamole and two fried eggs. This dish is once again topped with fried jalapeno peppers.
Sabrina’s Café and Spencer’s Too offers a very wide variety of dishes that you may choose from so you will surely keep coming back in order to try almost everything on the menu. Some of the favorites are the French Toast, Asian Salad, Huevos Rancheros, Veggie Sausage and Apple Cheddar Omelette which are only a few examples compared to the long list of favorites of other guests.
The breakfast is always awesome and although the place is packed and there is always a crowd of hungry people, it will still be worth the wait to get seated. The food is divine and the portions are huge so better make sure you go there hungry – and you must be willing to put your diet on hold! Aside from the awesome breakfast and lunch, the dinner menu, which changes regularly, is also equally interesting. What’s good about going there for dinner is that the place is not as crowded like breakfast or lunch time.
The waitstaff are very accommodating and friendly. They will make sure that guests are satisfied with their food that they would make the necessary adjustments on your food in case you feel that it is not up to par with your expectations. Having staff members that serve you to the best of their ability is a major plus because a great restaurant should not only have great food but also excellent service – and Sabrina’s Café and Spencer’s Too has all those elements.
