The Dougherty Family established Dock’s Oyster House in 1897. It is strategically located in the heart of Atlantic Avenue, close to the world-famous Boardwalk and the Atlantic City Convention Center.

From the time it opened, Dock’s Oyster House never ceased to provide food lovers with exceptional and sumptuous seafood and steaks. The restaurant is known for its different oysters along with clams, mussels, crabmeat, shrimp, and chilled lobster. Dock’s Oyster Bar also offers juicy and succulent steaks for those with a hearty appetite. Aside from seafood and steaks, Dock Oyster House also provides diners with menu options including salads and an extensive wine list that goes well with the food.

This fine dining restaurant has a simple décor with warm lighting and wooden floors and ceiling perfect for intimate dinners for two or with the family. The bar is also simply decorated with a cool and relaxing ambiance.

For private parties, Dock Oyster House has two small semi-private rooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. The dining area can also be booked for larger parties.

Dock’s Oyster House is open for Dinner from 5PM to 10PM, Sunday to Thursday and from 5PM to 11PM, Friday and Saturday. Walk-in guests are welcomed but reservation is recommended.
