Fogo de Chao was established in 1979 in Brazil but it wasn’t until 1997 that Fogo de Chao opened its first restaurant in the United States. Fogo de Chao offers authentic Brazilian cuisine prepared the gaucho way.
Fogo de Chao found a place in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. This Brazilian steakhouse is ideal for family gatherings, large group get togethers, doing business and entertaining clients.
Meat haven: that’s what Fogo de Chao is for meat lovers. Guests can choose from 15 cuts of mouthwatering fire roasted meats prepared and served by the gaucho chefs. Of course, diners need not choose only one. They can have as much roasted meat as they want until satisfied.
Those who are weight watchers need not despair. Fogo de Chao also has a gourmet salad and sides bar. The restaurant has an extensive feast of gourmet salads with fresh vegetables, cheeses, breads, cured meats and more. Brazilian side dishes include warm cheese bread, crispy hot polenta, garlic mashed potato and caramelized bananas. Rice and black beans are available upon request.
