Roy’s Restaurant in Las Vegas is one of the many Roy’s Restaurants around the United States. Owner and Chef Roy Yamaguchi opened the very first Roy’s Restaurant in Hawaii. He also personally trains all the chefs in charge of the other Roy’s Restaurant. Chef Quay Trinh is the Chef Partner for this particular Roy’s branch. His remarkable talent and passion for what he does allow him to create exciting and innovative dishes made from the finest ingredients.
Roy’s Restaurant Las Vegas is strategically situated in the famous Las Vegas Strip and Convention Center. This upscale restaurant is elegantly decorated with warm lighting, perfect for romantic dinners, birthday celebrations and other special occasions.
Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine boasts of combining the freshest local ingredients with European sauces and Asian spices. Dishes are prepared with such flair, flavor and texture. With each taste, one would experience unsurpassed culinary adventures.
The menu focuses on Seafood, Asian and Contemporary American cuisine. From 4:30PM to 6:30PM, guests are treated to the Aloha Hour Menu in the bar, where all menu items cost US$5.00 only. The Aloha Hour Menu has featured appetizers such as Lobster California Roll (avocado, cucumber and tobiko), Salt & Pepper Crisped Calamari (unique Hawaiian fusion sauce), Wagyu Burger Sliders (caramelized onions, chipotle aioli & garlic sweet potato fries) and more. The menu also includes hand-selected wines and beers, Roy’s Fresh Hawaiian Specialty Cocktails and a full list of Well Cocktails.
Roy’s Restaurant Las Vegas has a Dinner Ala Carte Menu and Seasonal Prix Fixe Menu.
The dinner menu includes hearty Appetizers, Fresh Salads, From the Sea (fish and other seafood), From the land (meat) and Mixed Plates. They also serve Yamaguchi Sushi, which is a trademark of the owner of Roy’s Restaurant – Roy Yamaguchi.
The Prix Fixe Menu depends on the season. It includes appetizers, entrées and desserts.
Guests can also choose from an extensive list of cocktail and wine menu that will go well with any chosen dish.
