Visa Requirements for Canada Passport Holders – Argentina (Argentine Republic)

A valid Canadian passport with expiration date of not less than six months is required for Canadians traveling to Argentina. For tourists, visas are not required. They are, however, expected to pay a reciprocity fee of US $75, valid for single entry, upon arrival at Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery International Airports in Buenos Aires. For those who are intending to travel back and forth to Argentina, they can pay a fee of US $150 that is valid for multiple entries for five years. This can be paid either in cash, credit card or traveler’s check at the immigration in the airport.

Canadian passport holders who are traveling to Argentina on Business are required to secure a Business Visa from the Consulate of Argentina. Those with valid visa need not pay the Reciprocity Fee.
