Visa Requirements for Canada Passport Holders – Dominica (Commonwealth of Dominica)

Nationals of Commonwealth countries including Canada, as well as the United States of America and CARICOM Member States are allowed to enter Dominica without a visa. Immigration officials require most visitors to the Commonwealth of Dominica to present a valid passport on arrival. All visitors need to show a return ticket. In-transit passengers, bona fide tourists or passengers on tourist vessels who are in possession of a return ticket, have to satisfy the Immigration Officer that they do not intend to remain in the State for a period exceeding twenty-one days in order to be granted entry without a visa.
Entry requirements for the Commonwealth of Dominica

  • Canadian Passport with at least six (6) months remaining validity
  • Return ticket
  • Sufficient funds to sustain oneself for length of time intended to stay
  • Local address
  • Proof of citizenship bearing a photograph and return or onward tickets
