Visa Requirements for Philippine Passport Holders – Lithuania (Republic of Lithuania)

Philippine passport holders traveling to Lithuania must obtain a visa from the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in neighboring countries.

General Requirements

Lithuania Tourist Visa

  • A Philippine passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
  • One visa application form, fully completed and signed
  • Two (2) passport type photographs
  • A letter of invitation certified or issued by the migration authorities of Lithuania. If a letter of invitation comes from a private person, it must be issued by the migration authorities of Lithuania. In this case, it is required to present original invitation, faxed copies are not accepted.
  • A certificate of health insurance valid in Lithuania (or notarized copy thereof)
  • Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary

Lithuania Business Visa

  • A Philippine passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
  • One (1) visa application form, fully completed and signed
  • Two (2) passport type photographs
  • A letter of invitation certified or issued by the migration authorities of Lithuania. If a letter of invitation comes from a legal entity such as company or other organization, it must be certified by the migration authorities in Lithuania (have a stamp and signature of a migration office).
  • A certificate of health insurance valid in Lithuania (or notarized copy thereof)
  • Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary

Please be advised that the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in the Philippines has no authority to perform notary duties, issue visas or provide other consular services, except for providing general consular information.

Filipino citizens, who intend to study, work or live in Lithuania for a period longer than 90 days will need to apply for the National D visa at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Tokyo, Japan.

If you wish to travel to Lithuania on a tourist visa, which is valid for up to 90 days, please be informed that as of August 1, 2009, the Embassy of Austria in Manila, Philippines represents Lithuania in issuing Schengen visas:
