Visa Requirements for Philippine Passport Holders – Russia (Russian Federation)

Philippine passport holders traveling to Russia are required to have a passport that is valid for 6 months beyond intended stay in the country.

There are different visa application forms for the various types of visa. It is highly recommended to choose the type that is most suitable for your case.

General Requirements – Tourist Visa:

  • 2 completed visa application forms.
  • Original Philippine passport with at least 2 blank visa pages with validity of at least 6 months beyond intended stay in the country.
  • 2 passport-size pictures signed on the back.
  • For tour groups or cruise passengers: Letter from tour company or cruise line confirming itinerary and a copy of the confirmation from authorized Russian travel company which shows the reference number and confirmation number for the visa.
  • For individual travelers: Confirmation of hotel arrangements from authorized Russian travel company, or directly from hotel, indicating reference number and confirmation number for the visa.

General Requirements – Business Visa:

  • 2 completed visa application forms.
  • Original Philippine passport with at least 2 blank visa pages with validity of at least 6 months beyond intended stay in the country.
  • 2 passport-size pictures signed on the back.
  • Official invitation from duly registered Russian organization with authority to invite business visitors to Russia. This must be issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry or its regional representatives; The Ministry of Interior or its local offices; or other authorized Russian Agencies. The letter must bear an official seal and  the legal address of the agency, signature and name of the official authorized to invite foreigners to Russia. The Embassy reserves the right to request the original invitation.
  • For those staying in Russia for more than 3 months or requesting for multiple entry visa: HIV test required
