Visa Requirements for Philippine Passport Holders – Trinidad and Tobago (Republic of Trinidad and Tobago)

Filipinos are required to obtain visas for travel and entry into Trinidad and Tobago. However, they also have the option to apply on arrival for a waiver of the entry visa, subject to the prior approval of the Immigration Division.

General Requirements – Visa Waiver:

  1. Fully accomplished and duly signed visa application form.
  2. 1 passport size photograph (must meet the passport photo requirements).
  3. Philippine passport with remaining validity of 6 months beyond the expected date of departure from Trinidad and Tobago.
  4. Valid return or onward ticket.
  5. Proof of adequate funds to cover expenses while in Trinidad and Tobago.
  6. Proper local address.
  7. Reason for visit.
  8. Visa waiver fee.

Those who have not applied for or have not been granted a visa waiver, must submit the following visa requirements:

General Requirements – Visitor’s Visa:

  1. Fully accomplished and duly signed visa application form.
  2. 1 passport size photograph (must meet the passport photo requirements).
  3. Philippine passport with remaining validity of 6 months beyond the expected date of departure from Trinidad and Tobago.
  4. Valid return or onward ticket.
  5. Proof of adequate funds to cover expenses while in Trinidad and Tobago.
  6. Proper local address.
  7. Reason for visit.
  8. For tourist purposes: Letter of invitation from host in Trinidad and Tobago.
  9. For business purposes: Letter from a business company in Trinidad and Tobago.
  10. Visa fee.

Please note:

  • Since Trinidad and Tobago is not represented by an Embassy or Consular office in Manila, Philippines, an application for entry visa may be made at an Immigration Office in Trinidad and Tobago.
