Filipino citizens are required to have a valid passport and visa when traveling to Mali. As a rule, passports must have at least six months remaining validity beyond the scheduled trip. Visas must be secured in advance. A yellow fever vaccination is also a requirement in the visa application.
Although there is a Malian consular office in Manila Philippines, all visa application must be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Mali in Japan.

All visas issued by the Mali Embassy in Tokyo are multiple-entry with 90 days validity from the date of issuance.
Visa fee for either Tourist or Business visa is 7500 yen. The bank of the Embassy of Mali in Tokyo charges an additional 4000 yen as commission. Your local bank may also have additional charges for transactions such like this. Bank details are as follows:
