Visa Requirements for UK Passport Holders – Mali (Republic of Mali)

A visa and valid passport are required of British nationals who wish to enter Mali. Their passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the scheduled trip. The Malian government allows all British travelers to stay up to three months in the country. Visas are valid for one month from date of entry but can be extended in Mali, either at the Immigration Office in Bamako or at any police station.

All foreign nationals must also provide an International Vaccination Card with a current yellow fever immunization to enter Mali. On-the-spot immunization will be performed on those who fail to produce the said document.

There is no Malian consulate or embassy in UK. Visas can be obtained at the Malian Embassy in a neighboring country.
