Number 31 is a cozy boutique guesthouse accommodation in Dublin. It is located in the south of the city center, roughly around 10 minutes away from the main shopping area, Grafton Street.
From the outside, Number 31 looks so unassuming that once the gate is opened, guests are amazed at how lovely the guesthouse and its garden really are. There are two buildings comprising this establishment. One is a grand Georgian house and the other a contemporary coach house. The main house or the grand Georgian house has expansive but simple rooms. The coach house has elegant and modern rooms.
Another impressive feature of this unassuming guesthouse is the sunken lounge; it combines modern glamour and classic designs. Another plus for Number 31 is the warm reception the guests receive from the staff and the owners as well.

Dining
There are no onsite restaurants but breakfast is served every morning. Breakfast at Number 31 is considered to be the best in Dublin.
